Applicant Eligibility

Citizen’s of the United States, a corporation, partnership, or other association created under the laws of the United States or any State or territory, of which more than 50% is beneficially owned by the US Citizens; a foreign corporation at least 95% owned by such entities; or any other 100% US-owned foreign entity.

Beneficiary Eligibility

This Office does not support any actions, programs or legislation that will result in the loss of US jobs and the loss of investor confidence in the US stock market. We only support projects or actions that contribute to the economic and social development of the US securities and investment market.

Credentials / Documentation

A non US citizen investing in the US Market can declare claims against bankruptcy or securities fraud provided that the investment was made through a US based third party financial fiduciary or any of its agents.
